Stories of my life: Bob the Boston Terrier

Yesterday I was walking my dog when suddenly I saw another dog roaming the streets alone. Nobody seemed to be worried about him. There was no owner in sight. Some people tried to attract his attention but gave up as soon as they noticed the dog did not care. I decided to follow him, because it was right next to a busy road and I could not forgive myself if I had heard that it got hit by a car. Besides, I figured that there must be an owner somewhere who was missing him.

Why not everybody is cut out for the Fitspo trend

As you may have noticed, the Fitspo thing is a trend right now. Wherever we look, we are getting bombarded with images of women (and men) in impossible yoga positions, with flat stomachs and pretty faces who encourage us all to eat nothing but raw vegetables. Magazines tell us that we should do burpies and situps and pushups while we are doing our everyday activities. Basically, magazines aimed at us women and instagram want to make sure we get in on the trend to feel #fit.
